Trident office refit

3D modelling and CGI renders of proposed office refit for Trident.

Trident Building Consultancy got in touch with Leeds based design agency CreateMB because they needed help visualising a proposed refit to their Leeds office.

Taking the architectural plans and the architect’s interior design proposition, we set about modelling the office to create a series of modern methods to bring it all to life.

Once the 3D models were created, textured and populated in Cinema4D, we set about creating a realistic fly through animation. But we didn’t stop there, we wanted Trident to be able to have a good look around their new office, so we created a fully immersive 360 degree VR-ready virtual tour. Viewers are able to take a tour of the new office via a VR headset for the best experience, or from their computers, tablets or mobile phones.

Not only that, but the virtual tour allows the user to choose between different finishes, which they can then share to showcase their preferred choices. There is also the option to add sticky notes, share files and even communicate via video through the tour, so users can easily work & guide each other through the office – without being in the same room!

On top of that, we created AR models, so that members of staff at Trident could view the proposal right in front of them using the cameras on their mobile devices.
